when your ipod is first jailbroken, you need to install the Community Sources package before any open source apps become available. the apple store does not install this for you, and will not do it even if you pay them.

EVERYONE THERE IS AN EASIER WAY Sorry for caps, but here it is instead of using your computer and installing with folders and stuff just get on ur touch go to safari if u have wifi and you just have to type in a address i will give you in a second and it will crash safari through a loop hole and the touch will restart with all the 3rd party apps and ur safari will work and you just install some of the apps

dinonppa, once you jailbreak your ipod or iphone you get all your apps mostly from the installer app which is one of the first apps that you will install during the jailbreak process. There are games, themes, books, etc... that you can download right from your ipod.
