  • Those horns are so annoying, but that must have been the coolest thing ever back then.

  • Very nice, would like to see e few more distant shots of the overall layout. The grassy areas certainly look lush, and the clarity of the video makes it a pleasure to watch.

  • @MrJohn366 - Glad you liked the video. I don't have this layout up anymore though. If you find one of my recent videos, you can see my current layout, although I haven't gotten around to doing a postwar video on it yet

  • What kind of track are you using? I currenlty use the old lionel track but eventually want to upgrade to something that looks better. Nice layout

  • @kjhartje - I was using gargraves track w/ Ross switches. If you look at one of my newer videos, I have a new layout & am using weathered Lionel Fastrack

  • @lorimersnd- Thanks

  • this makes me want to bust out my postwar FM trainmaster and my PW burlington gp-7

do i have to use a postwar transformer or can i use a modern era transformer cuz i dont have a postwar transformer anymore

  • A postwar transformer would work best, but you could use a modern one as long as it has enough power. Go w/ an MTH Z-1000 if you have a small layout.

  • Belo Layout!

    Parabéns!

  • Nice job! That Great Northern electric looks great!

  • Thanks. That engine was bought by my Dad in '59

  • Very Cool !!! Enjoyed that alot. Great layout and real nice collection of some classics there... 5*****
