These quacks are in the same class as the "psychiatrists" and "doctors' at german concentration camps. The criminals in the pharm industry who distribute these killer poisons to kids should also be locked up for life.

This report is so surface who knows what happened. I do agree the use of chemical restraints needs to be questioned in all humans ( lets escape the child plea for a moment) but this report gives me nothing to go on short of a lil girls death supposedly caused by drugs....who knows?

Joe, there are so many people/parents that go off what the doctors say because in some messed up way, they think they docs know it all... after all, they did go to school and get a medical degree. They don't look at the big picture or get a second opinion. But after seeing this, I understand the bigger picture now. They wanted to get to our kids and they're doing a hell of a job. This is so sad!

Doctors receive KICKBACKS from pharmaceutical companies for prescribing their products. This practice must stop. And they had the GALL to arrest this poor girl's grieving parents, and NOT the doctor? To hell with the American judiciary!

Oh lord.. I've been on Depakote and Seroquel. Those are NOT kind drugs. I was 16 when they put me on them. I gained 40 pounds in 2 months on Depakote, and the Seroquel made me so tired I had to have someone walk next to me to catch me in case I fell asleep while walking (which, yes, actually happened a few times)..

Within 2 weeks of my divorce, my ex placed my son on ritalin for supposed addh. My son never displayed any emotional problems while in my presence. 6 years later when I was fighting for custody, he was due to testify and he was placed on risperdal - hhis testimony was incosistent and dismissed as lying.
