I've been doing a workout that - for the majority - consists of Leslie's Walk Away The Pounds exercises. It's been 30 days and my bodyfat dropped 3%! She is one of the most likeable and brilliant minds in fitness. I found this mini-walk on her website, but I'm glad it's on youtube, so I can download it, and play it on my MP3 player anytime in the day when I need a little boost.
Walk or jog long distances with the bicycle at his/her side.
Walk your max without the worry of not being able to make it back due to fatigue. When you reach your maximum walking/jogging distance, just bicycle back. Adding bicycling to your walking fitness program provides a more diverse exercising routine.
It’s for the walker who wants to increase their walking distance.

I learned about Leslie from my daughter. Now I'm hooked!!! I don't go a day without taking a couple walks with Leslie! I also like the fact that she uses real people in her videos. She doesn't have people who are all in great shape like other exercise videos. Just love her!
This is so perfect! I used to do her workouts every day, now I have diabetes and MS, so my feet don't do well with longer walks. Great for the office, not enough to get sweaty, but a good mini break. MORE PLEASE!
@tealson123 this workout she just did is to give you a boost of energy, increase circulation from sitting down for a long period of time, for if you cant do a longer workout at the moment, besides I know people who workout short intervals but do them through out the day and there in great shape. You don't have to workout for an hour to see results either, exercise Is not just meant for loose weight alone, it has so many other benefits to the body that people forget about or don't know about.
i always love her workouts. I have already bought so many of her DVDs, and I love them all. It is true that she has been doing "Walk at Home" for a really, really long time, and agree that she is very respected. Love her and all her workouts. I recommend people to at least try them out first.

Thanx 4 posting this, I <3 Leslies wkouts! I used to weight train 4-5X /wk, pre baby. When I 1st did her wkouts post baby, my hubby said "what's that going to do for you w/out wts"?s. But it was perfect, non strenuous, & I lost my baby wt FAST! 3 kids later, I am still a firm believer in Leslie's wkouts. As a busy mom I can't always get a wkout in. Since finding this mini, it kick starts my day, w/out being completely stagnant driving around doing mommy errands! Can you post more ? Thank you!
This woman is absolutely brilliant. She really makes the idea of fitness feel approachable and achievable, no matter how busy your schedule is or how out of shape you are.

she does talk through out the workouts, but it's instructional knowledge...and helps others (myself included) during the grim of the session...
...all fitness instructors do it...

u wont see results with just 3 minutes....u have to have at least 1 hour of exercise a day...
