  • iv never been clamped in my truck 17 tons of steel they cant even reach the windscreen haha

  • Would love to see them TRY and clamp a fire engine. With the tools they have on board they'd be out in seconds.

  • Comment removed

  • In Waltham Forest a couple of years ago they put a parking ticket on a hearse collecting a body.

  • Police Inspector Mike Edwards said: "I'm astounded our thuggish Zionist footsoldiers are being held to the same standards as the peons we brutalise on a regular basis in the name of our corporate overlords. Mossad hit squads have been dispatched immediately."

Police cars shouldn't be classified as "emergency vehicles", the only "emergency" they respond to is the police being bored and looking for some gentiles to beat up.

  • That cops wasn't there on business. If we said we where there on business that wouldn't get are boot (clamp) taken off.

  • hahaha dats funny as shame on those cops probly think there above the law and park were ever they think they can ftp

  • only in new zealand we should clamp more and more of them...

  • Clamping a police vehicle is against the law in the UK, regardless of when or where it is parked.

  • @007RoyalFlush is it? under what law? obstructing a constable?

  • @modelearth Yes

  • @007RoyalFlush

is it fook ! seen them clamped a few times on private property when they have not had permision or warrant to be on the land ! police officers and police cars obey the same traffic rules as every other driver on the road !

it only changes when the blue's and two's are on ! or they are in pursuit of a fleeing criminal !

  • @THCmuzicalmasta You are ill-informed. Clamping a police vehicle, irrespective of the circumstance, is obstruction of a police officer in the course of his duty.

  • @007RoyalFlush

    from the mail .

Officer finds his marked police car clampedA police officer returned from investigating a burglary to find his marked patrol car had been clamped.

PC Mark Doble, of Yeovil, Somerset, was told he'd have to pay £60 to have the clamp removed from the Ford Focus.

He'd parked the vehicle in a private car park while he looked into a break-in at a probation office.

Clamper Dave Stoodley told the officer he shouldn't have parked where he did because the call TBC

  • @007RoyalFlush CONTINUED

" because the call wasn't an emergency.

PC Doble and two other officers he'd called for called for assistance wasted an hour arguing with Stoodley.

The clamp was finally removed when the car park owner agreed to waive the fee, says The Sun.

Police Inspector Mike Edwards said: "I'm astounded a marked liveried police vehicle could be clamped. It's totally irresponsible. (notice irresponsible, NOT ilegal !

  • @THCmuzicalmasta Yes because someone describing an act as irresponsible automatically means that it is legal. Clamping a police vehicle is obstruction. Clear and obvious.

  • I agree 100% with the presenter. The idea that the police should obey the law is disgusting!

  • Clamping an emergency vehicle should be 'wilful endangerment'

  • speedingsolicitor.co.uk

  • buy a car with huge wheels and it will be impossible for a clamper to clamp it

  • yea, because clamping a car in place is gonna make it get out of a no parking zone faster- fcking clampers are idiots

  • @WeekendWeapons its only booted until a tow truck gets there usually lol

  • Ambulance no, police car, yes. All day.

  • Haaaa Classic, Once ive made the same thing but with my Bicicle, and it got clampt too, True story!

  • So cops are above the law? Hahaha....silly Euros...

  • @jcdenton2k wow you are retarded. cops are government employees the same as the parking enforcement. we pay for them both so... forget it ur just too dumb to bother

  • It's too bad they don't take off the clamp when you as a non-cop explain that your visit took longer than expected.

  • stupid brits

  • If the cop car was there on duty, it should have had some sort of signal on when parking in a restricted area. Since it didn't, i fully agree with the measure that was taken. Why should a cop be above the law?

  • @Hidframe Very true! The markings are there for a reason are they not? No matter who you are! Kin pigs!

  • police have to follow the same rules as other cars if no sirence or flashlights SO correct.

  • @stoffels74 Except of course if you leave the car with the engine not running with lights and/or sirens running you will come back to a dead battery and a car that won't start.

  • @happynotnormal why not leave just one or 2 dashboard or other led's on

  • @SliC3oFicE Because if you run out of the car you may not have the time to turn everything off, sort the hazards and so on. Also if parked up at a crime scene or fend off on an RTC the lights have to be on to avoid litigationif someone crashes into the police car.

  • @mrbond9876 Not if they are on official business - ie they could have been dealing with some who tried arriving at the airport with drugs. But as kevin said, they had parked there OFF business so yes I agree with you that they were right to clamp it. Did you know tho that if your car is clamped, as long as you dont damage the clamp - you can take it off (ie take the wheel off and put the spare on and drive off)..

  • @GoneBadKiwi

depends if the clamp chain goes around the axle as then you would have to take the axle apart and that a pain

i think police do abuse the rules of the road. i see police illgaly parking to stop of to get lunch in town.....

  • @chrissowerby69 True, or its those clamps that cover the wheel nuts too. The thing is here in NZ you can take the clamp off yourself if you can, or pay the clampers and then take them to court to get your money back. According to a case few years ago - clamping here is practically unlawfull/borderline illegal - there is currrently no legislation for clamping as an acceptal form of parking control.

  • That is the difference is the "police" and ambulances.... Ambulances don't go out looking for victims just like firefighters don't go driving around looking for fires. Police are nothing more than revenue collectors.

  • I hope those assholes start clamping themselves.

  • If my car was clamped and i "explained" I had been delayed they wouldn't take it off my car

  • clamp the fucking cops theyre scum bags that should be shot

  • @kobasica If you ever need help you had better not call the police.

  • @bradlyw420 Yes, an ambulance! It was'nt a state one, it was a St. John one. It was on carnival day.

They still might have had to rush someone to hospital and that would have prevented them and cost them critical time.

That pub got a well deserved bad reputation after that and they lost customers and eventurly it shut down.

  • Fair Go. Great NZ program, probably the best, most decent and well made program we make. Good on ya Kev!

  • well yeah the police, not an ambulance or fire engine!

  • @matthias7000 hope when you call them their car is available and not clamped like you want

  • They clamped an ambulance at a local pub once, ABSOLUTE SCUM!!!

  • @briggles if you had been clamped and you were parked next to an ambulance which hadn't in the same car park without flashing lights you would probably moan still. Cos I know I'd be really pissed if it were me... Everybody SHOULD get treated the same. (as long as this doesn't come out of taxpayers money and out of the wages of whoever parked it)

  • @JUNAUTOWORKS Are you for clamping or against it?

  • @briggles against the ones who abuse the system and for the ones who are doing their job properly with reasonable release fee's.

  • @JUNAUTOWORKS Are you or have you ever been a clamper?

  • @JUNAUTOWORKS Obstructing an emergency service vehicle is both unethical and extortion. No-one should EVER clamp an emergency service vehicle and there is NO excuse for doing so. Also I agree with the reasonable fees but there is no group in England that use reasonable release fees when clamping unfortunatly.

  • @briggles What was the ambulance doing at a pub?

  • @morbusspeaks They'd just parked there.

  • @briggles Made it sound like they were in having a drink or something :P. Hopefully no one needed them during that time :(

  • @morbusspeaks probably helping some comad out drunk.

  • @flyingnimbus1000 not sure what "comad" is....

  • @morbusspeaks fool

  • @MrGusman200 Gotcha.

  • @morbusspeaks passed out/unconscious.

  • @briggles what the fuck?! were those responsible charged with attempted murder? they bloody well should have been!

  • @sacraficialangel7 Unfortunatly not, They were shallow people who were obsessed with making money by abusing thair rights and didn't think for a minute that someone could have died as a result of it.

  • @briggles You need a ton to stop a fire engine...
