  • that's why I never park my car in-gear

  • Well there's your problem.

  • Its a bit strange, even if it were an automatic and the inhibitor switch was faulty, surely the car wont launch like that?

  • think the throttle stuck happened in my old protege.

  • At least he used his blinker. Thats more than I can say about most drivers.

  • I like how people are suggesting it was a manual transmission, he obviously turned the car off while it was still in D and then cranked it and wanted to rev the engine to see if it was running right and the car took off. Automatic transmissions take off pretty fast compared to a manual unless you do a boost take off. that car was an automatic not a manual and the guy working on it has no common sense to check the car before working on it

  • @kramnahillac your wrong...an automatic wont start in any other gear but neutral or park

  • @CptGitRdun some older cars will start while the car is in Drive

  • THEN HE runs back [under the hood] and continues the job, like he didn't just create more problems.

  • a bell tire did something like that once with my car. we brought it in for an alignment, and they told me I could take the car out because it was done. Not looking at the shifter I start the car.(being it's a modified mustang, if the car is in drive it will still start) Luckily, because our trans takes a second before it starts moving, I had enough space and time to hit the brakes. Otherwise I would have redecarated their shop wall and the car.

  • Must be a yank fucking idiot

  • all together now say IDIOT!!!!!! lol

  • every manual i have ever driven require the clutch to be pressed in in order to start the car. i guess some people don't see that as ever being a problem.

  • @ihearvoices22 I have two manuals a '88 acura and a '86 ranger both I could start with out holding in the clutch. In fact the solenoid was stuck on, on my ranger causing the starter to not disingage. I pulled the battery cable to stop it. I hit the solenoid to free it up, then put the cable back on but forgot to take it out of gear the starter came right back on and kicked the truck forward hitting me but I reached up and yanked the cable back off.

  • @sonymclaren You're right. That happened to me in my civic too. only once though. I know better now.

  • That's why I hate manual

  • @MyHurtlocker it would have stalled

  • @hualassallday

MyHurtlocker Is the only one that has common sense!!!

the car doesnt start if u dont have the clutch in and besides it would stall if its not a right rpms

    the guy is just retarded

  • @7194690 lol they changed the format of the comments i said it would have stalled because hurtlocker doesnt know how standards work...

  • that nigga was like ima do it big and drive straight through like a gangsta

  • WTF? Wht was the car in 5th gear? No way cars just take off that fast in 1st. Stupid...

  • In soviet Russia, Car service you :D

  • and you trust this fools to work on your car ???

  • @Zpe3ddyGonzalexx Was he dumb for not using safty precautions like taking the vehicle out of gear? Yes. The owner is a moron for disabling the clutch safety switch as well though. This car should have never started in gear. On the same token, shit happens and he should have been in the drivers seat while he started it.

  • the Car said"Hell no im jacking this car"

  • chist e proprio frat o cazz !!!!!

  • Такого мастера, мордой об движок еПнуть и капотом сверху раз 15 вмазать за такое отношение к работе!!!

  • 1:15 best part, dude slips in and just chills

  • "What the hell happened to my car?!!?!"

"What are you talking about? It was like that when you brought it in."

"NO it wasn't! What the hell man?!!?"

"No, really, it was crashed like that."

  • every single grandma walked over to asses the damage. even some dude with groceries.

  • At least he had his turning signals going the right way

  • quality in all kind of repairing works in russia

  • ALL FIXED UP MA'AM!!

  • Reminds me of when I worked for car dealer 20 years ago washing cars. I was told to park one up inside for some small repair. This I did leaving the key in the ignition as instructed. What happened: I'd left it in first gear and it jumped forward when some careless person tried to start it without checking it was in neutral. It needed a few more repairs after smashing into the wall! Ha!

  • @Nigel16032009 What dealership is it? So we make sure we never set foot in there

  • @ThisNamesNowTaken It was Grahams of Dewsbury (but actually in Batley, West Yorkshire, UK). This was 1989, 21 years ago, The site they occupied has been various garages since forever opening and closing down. Not sure whats there now, might even be a garden centre - it was that varied!

  • You don't need to put the clutch in to start a car. You can start in gear ...this is how you drive a car with a blown clutch. But the car will take off as happened here.

  • school boy error !

  • lol i no what happen here... the car is a manual and the guy in the car had the car in first gear.. then he turn off the car to get something, the repair man try to start the car back up and see if he had fix the problem.. but remember the car is still in first gear., so once he start the car it started moving. Then bam!

  • @nevernoob19, To start a manual car you have to push the clutch in, and both of his legs were outside of the car. Also, the car doesn't just start moving once you start the car with it in first.

  • @XxilikesoupxX ya but some cars dont need to push the clutch in to start it =]

  • I am sorry sir but ur fucking car is possess by evil spirits.

  • In Soviet Russia, car drives you!

  • @scopes142

in the idiocratic usa car fuck you

  • nocheinmal dummkooooppppppfffff

  • Too much vodka!

  • It's all ready to go sir; now if you'll just meet me at the counter, I'll go over your bill with you.

  • Loool XD

  • The good news is I got it running...

  • l don't know what you are looking at ma'am.... your right signal works FINE!!!

  • He still gets annoyance with the boss xD

  • HAHAHAHAHAHA

  • at least he remembered his turn signal.

  • O naprawił odpalił za pierwszym razem ;d

  • what a dumbass

  • Whoa camel, whoa!!!

  • I was laughing when I saw this!

  • can you say FIRED

  • ha forgot to take it out of gear now did ya

  • Ooh, I feel his pain. I did something similar with my car after I first bought it. Except my car sideswiped a tree, forcing the door shut on my left leg. Needless to say I'm much more careful about not leaving the car in gear now.

  • must be a drive thru

  • Мда, проверять нетралку надо

  • how come water sprayed everywhere when he was being dragged by the car.. did his piss himself??

  • Yeah,.........I remember my first shot of vodka

  • That's what you get for leaving it in gear dumbass.

  • hahha Russi.ass

  • Russian way of fixing things

  • I bet he told the customer, Nope, the shit was like dat when ya brought it in homie.

  • yea i wonder what these idiots tell the customer??oh no im sorry and they dont want to pay for anything but when youre getting something done they charge you a whole lot thats why i rather do things myself i dont trust just anyone with my car

  • If it not diesel the car not go

  • What?? Nothing to do with diesel. Most older cars (manuals) didn't have clutch depress sensor and you could start the motor with the car in gear, no clutch. I towed out a girl who did this in a FWD 1992 Audi, her friend turned it on and jumped a parking curb into mud.

  • even tough they have depress sensor or not i still turn on the car with the clutch down....or at least when is in neutral.

  • lol wtf, you can start most of the cars while it's in gear and clutch up, depends on the engine, how powerful it is it will start or no. Of course then the car starts driving since the clutch is up.

With the older cars, when you battery is dead, you can start the car with putting it in 2nd gear and push it, then try to turn it on

  • It's gasoline 1.5l LADA with electronic fuel injection system and standart transmission. With no cluth or neutral sensor.

  • and how do ya think it rides without a clutch lol))

  • It started on a first gear with no neutral position sensor.

  • good thing in north america you have to press the clutch to start or else something like this will happen

  • Comment removed

  • it seems like you don't know the difference between an automatic and manual. in north america most of the people don't know how to drive a manual. no manual requires clutch depressed to start the engine. you depress the clutch to ease up the torque on the flywhell when cranking, especially when the engine is cold. the clutch should be released after the engine starts, so that the gearbox starts lubricating asap.

  • orly, well i know that every car in north america including my 5 speed manual requires the clutch be depressed in order to start the engine. it's because ppl would forget the car is in gear(manual trans) and start it resulting in the car taking off. so, the reason for depressing the clutch at start up is for safety.

  • wat clutch do you press in an automatic? and is tat a lada 2111?

  • once again, the cars in north america, as a safety standard for automatics the transmission must be put in park in order to crank the engine. you know as well as i do the clutch in an automatic is the 4th pedal behind the passengers seat.

  • Not all cars. I have a 95 Celica gt that I can start without pressing in the clutch. For real, if you know someone with a manual transmission 94-99 Celica GT, try it.

  • you must be a fuckin idiot ive been a tech for 5 years at a ford dealer and all the manual trans cars must have the clutch depressed to start the engine as a safety feature you fucking asshole think before you talk

  • Actually, Dimwit, my Suzuki has to have the clutch depressed in order to start it, as have many manuals I have driven here in California. I am fairly new to You Tube and was wondering if you make a habit of publicly making a fool of yourself by demonstrating your stupidity. Well, do you, moron?

  • Oh yeah, "north americans" never being f..cked up. There are a lot of videos on YouTube, where we can see it.

  • i have no idea where you're coming from, you're off topic.

  • stupid move. its one thing to leave it gear when you shut it off but when you start it up? lol

  • THE MAN SAID: it wasn't me......

  • yeah. stupid russians...

  • and ur still a dick with no life

  • i find it soo funny how u try to act tough and shit on the internet, u say u make more money than me, u dont know me. im not mad, you swear and send me private msgs and try to sound all cool, well from what i can tell, you suck at life and i own ur sorry ass. once again get a life and go outside.

i win, no matter what u say u know i win buhbye moron

  • Thats why yo u SIT inside the car when you start it... So you can control everything... such as brakes and gears.. etc..

  • Flinstooooonee...yourrrrrrr fiiiiiiiiirred!!!

  • haha maybe taking it out of gear would help?

  • fucking faggot

  • wtf? he had it in gear when he started it?

    No clutch interlock?

    wtf??

  • this was in Europe, looks to be the Ukraine or at least somewhere in eastern Europe.

In Europe there is no clutch interlock safety like there is in the North America, i guess they figure people arnt as stupid, but apperantly this guys lost track of where he was in the procedure : )

p.s. it reminds me of the Ukraine because of that guy in the blue fatigues, he looks like a typical Ukraine guard type guy.

  • lol i guess it russia, now that i read the info on the video, lol Ukraine is the same neighborhood though, i award my self 1 point for being close and take away one point for not being observant of the caption lol.

wtf i'm done commenting on this video : )

  • Hmm now let me see, ok the battery is there, yes i see,so you have an engine,ok well let me look,ah yes in 1st good hand brake off,yep good, keys in ingnition, yep ok well, brain turning to mush, yep ,ok so turn the key and why did it do that?

  • Its not that cant start it from outside its just stupid to leave a manual in gear when its parked thats why you have a nutral people. I driven fast cars and It makes me pissed when you go to a shop and they leave your 500hp car in 1st gear always make sure its in nutreal before you start it essply after someone else has driven it.

  • yea, neutral and handbrake unless its on a hill or incline of some sort.

  • lol

  • Never start a car from the outside, Esp manual trans. Rookie mistake imo.

  • he tightened the throttle cable?

  • i was expecting a car to come throught the door from the outside. i even saw headlight from under the door. but how are they ganna explain this one to the boss and the owner of the car. lol

  • Its widely known that the Ladas can suddenly be very angry. :-)

  • hahahahahahha

  • Imagine having to explain that to the owner of the car!

  • хороший стартер, с пол оборота, на передаче, завел двиглу.

  • That's why i never left a gear on

  • And if this was an american video everyone would bitch about how stupid we are...
