@panchoorozco naruto is not the strongest in this anime universe. not by a long shot. Pein was stronger (remember when he fought naruto, he had already been fighting for a long time), Itachi, Kakashi, Gai...many more. Naruto is just charismatic and has resolve. The sage of the six paths invented everything they know, and had the power to creat everything he wanted. Of course he was the strongest

In the series though, it is explicitly stated though that the rikodu sennin was essentially a god because of how powerful he was. Rikodu was able to beat and seal the jubi inside of him. Minato had to sacrifice his life to stop kurama (the kyuubi). Rikodu Sennin only became more powerful because of being the jinchuuriki of the jubi. Rikodu was stronger before even becoming the first jinchuuriki

Same to Tsuchikage... you dont get it? Amaterasu is dreadfully fast so tsuchikage and his slow flying - wouldn't make it... + he couldn't watch at Itachi eyes because of tsyukomi... Kakashi was beaten by Itachi in one second (3 days in genjutsu world) so... Itachi is faster than tsuchikae ;)

Summoning an elders would take too long - Itachi wouldn't let him to summon them... @GozuTob jiraiya has already sealed amterasu away with a scroll. he looked into itachis eyes and wasnt caught. he even said to itachi and kisame "ill kill you" and they didnt disagree. they just ran. kakashi was beaten because itachi was forced to use his most powerful jutsu. that says something considering it was part 1 kakashi. and in the rematch kakashi held his own
@Gerjoker94 Oh you forget about something too - Jinton consumes a lot of chakra... So Tsuchikage few jinton and his amount of chakra becomes veeeeeeeeery low... Maybe would be far away from Itachi then again Amaterasu - where he with his eyes glance, there amaterasu shows up immediately... Itachi wouldn't give him any opportunity to let him escape...

Itachi have very looow chakra with susanno 3 step i give him 3 minutes and hes dead without using any attacks so have enemys like Sandaime Raikage Muu Nidaime Mizukage and Minato or Sasuke and Danzo easy game especially danzo

@GozuTob totsuka sword isnt unblockable. one chou shinra tensei and its blasted away. the only reason itachi even hit nagaot is because he had help from naruto and bee and because kabuto forgot about him and focused on capturing the 9 tails. this means 9 tails is more valuable than MS. itachi ran from jiraiyta and stated if they fought theyd both die

everybody, I know there are a lot of thing that you don't agree with about the list (and so do I) but for the main characters in the war arc (naruto, sasuke, bee, the kages, etc) it may not be entirely his fault that they are ranked oddly as the date of this vid is over a year old.

@blazehotfire2 Naruto dodged Raikage's fastest attack with pure physical speed, while Minato had to rely on Space/Time Ninjutsu. Also Naruto is able to mess up location of Minato's FTG kunai with his chakra arms. Minato's kunais won't even penetrate Naruto's chakra shroud, and Minato's Rasengan wouldn't even kill Naruto, just knock him back, the internal damage would be healed by Kurama's chakra.

@CccCrazyKimi Gai is very much worthy of his spot. He's roughly of the same caliber as kaskahi (kakashi by have a slight edge, but it's small). He defeated kisame. Something need I remind you, nobody has ever been able to do, when he was actually trying. Oh, and there's the fact that in recent manga, he's arrived on the scene and is helping fight the bijuu. @CccCrazyKimi Gai is very much worthy of his spot. He's roughly of the same caliber as kaskahi (kakashi by have a slight edge, but it's small). He defeated kisame. Something need I remind you, nobody has ever been able to do, when he was actually trying. Oh, and there's the fact that in recent manga, he's arrived on the scene and is helping fight the bijuu. And doing quite well
