Don't know, I think it's all high-performance equipment installed on these trucks. Hi performance clutches don't slip as easily as normal truck clutches.

@mrcanadiantrucker it's unburnt fuel. they crank up the fuel intake for performance as much as they can but the turbo can't quite keep up. a diesel half-ton will do the same if you tramp it or really good if you do a brake burn. the engine compression isnt burning all the fuel its taking in.
