  • These guys muscles are about the same size as mines and I don't gym!

  • wtf is that music about

  • First of all if you want to gain muscles fast you need to eat Proteins!! I usually buy it at iherb.com because they have the best products and the best price! You should try it out, if you use the discount code: daj756 youll get an extra $5 off on your first order! Enjoy

  • Yes they might have a good upperbody but look at those legs fucking skinny.

  • same thing I do and i learned this on my own by listening to my body

  • This training methods works, I already noticed visual changes in the first week and I'm an experienced trainer.

  • @osgangstarrr do u do chest n bach hyp n delts n arms hyp r chest n arms, s=delts n back?

  • @AdR1aN43 I do chest and shoulders hypertrophy, back and arms hypertrophy, and legs hypertrophy.

  • hell no the music fucking rocks!!!

  • god these muscle videos become so boring

  • lol is this real life

    that unreal tournament 2004 music

  • @hayaL8er thank you, do you know where I could find this study you are talking about I'm am interested in reading it

  • @MrBostonlc It was in FLEX I think mid-spring 2009. I believe it had Moe El Mousawi doing a hammer curl on the front page. Two groups. First group does curls every day or every other day. Second group does curls once per week. Group one showed no more muscle damage than group 2 and they had lower post-workout cortisol levels while having higher post-workout test levels than group 2. Moral of the story is: After 72hrs whether you are sore or not the muscle CAN be trained if you want to.

  • does anyone think that hitting each body part twice a week works well for Layne because he has trained for such a long time that his body has built up to a twice a week routine?

  • @MrBostonlc I read a study about 72 hrs being the perfect rest time for muscles. Whether they are sore or not after 72hrs they will respond best by being worked again. I tried a 2 a week split for about 1 1/4 year and I made the best gains I've ever made during that time. But make no mistake about it, that routine wears on you quick and you have to know how to listen to your body enough but not too much. Ronnie Coleman famously did a 2 a week split also.

  • @MrBostonlc No it worked for me and im only 22.

  • @MrBostonlc theres no exact amount of time that it takes for a muscle to recover, it depends on volume;sets.reps etc. in this routine the volume is controlled. but no any1 can make this work if u push through the tough 1st few weeks

  • how does using more of a hammer grip on flap bench affect the chest???

  • my favorite natural motivational movie !

  • TRAIN INSANE OR REMAIN THE SAME!

  • @RULYESCAMILLA I think Layne Norton advocates exactly the opposite: train SMART or remain the same. I think this whole 'the one who gets his ass beaten the hardest will eventually prevail' - idea belongs to some weird american Rocky IV tradition and I can't really understand it.

  • very impressive strength

  • very impressive streangth inspiring

  • haha, i like how "zyzz" is one of the tags. kind of pathetic.

  • the dude's wrists are limp, talk to dave tate you don't hold a bar or a dumbbell like that jesus

  • laynes a fag

  • his partner looks tiny compared to him but is probably just as strong...man that sux ..lol

  • jeus fuck, how can one be so boring and uninspiring.

  • so true , sometimes machines are helpful when your lowerback has done a tone of work already on other workouts

  • zyzz sent me here

  • These guys are liftin the same weight as the guys using steroids. Natural is always the best way to go and Layne definitely shows that

  • LOL AT THE UNREAL TOURNAMENT 2003 MUSIC

  • You guys are freakin animals!

  • the ex he is doing at 6.15 and so, is that shoulder?

  • @laurenssius no it's a dumbbell flat press. it's the same as a bench press with dumbbells. in other words it works mainly the chest. anterior (front) deltoid and triceps are worked to a lesser extent.

  • @bigbobabc123 Thanks mate.

  • I followed Layne's advice and did supported t bar shows and they have added quite a bit of mass in my mid lats and definitely upped my strength for regular barbell rows.

  • GREAT advice about the spine, Lately I have lost a ton of strength in my back and leg exercises... the other day I couldn't front squat the damn bar! I realized my lower back (a "trouble" spot) is getting overstressed, especially with all the floor-leg raises I do.

  • layne does work insiperide me to say nautral

  • laynes boy is stronger
