The song is not too happy for this video... I wrote a 30 pages long analyze about this movie.. The movie is all about forgiveness, and thats what the song is about too. (correct my grammar all you want, I am Norwegian)

I think you could have used a better song. The melody is too upbeat. The lyrics may fit, but the melody is too happy, in my opnion...

To be honest, I made this for english class a long time ago; and running was a really big theme that we talked about. I was just sucking up to the teacher with the song, I guess. :P

lol, and sadly I must now diagree wwith the song entirely. Seeing how Amir's only chance to make things right is to keep Sohrab alive as his redemption to his past. If Sohrab were to die however, Amir's chances at living a guilt-free life would be exterminated seeing as how Hasaan lives through Sohrab, thus, the song "Never Too Late [too start all over again]" totally contradicts the meaning of the story. :)

I was comparing the plot to your video, which as you stated matched a couple scenes according to the music, which scarcely can describe the book by itself. And you seriously need to stop replying to every comment thats posted on your video, like, can you be any more vindictive over a crappy video?

Lol, actually I disagree. The many references to 'running' as this song presents us with, clearly refers to the many points in Amir's life when he just chooses to run away from his problems instead of just facing them head on. It is not until the ending when he realizes that he can "start over again" and make everything right.
