@0111001101100001 uptown Manhattan (Harlem/Washington Heights) and parts of the lower east Manhattan aren't posh. It's just everything you see on TV or movies is the flashy pretty Manhattan but the reality can be really different.

Man this is the way it is. Growing up in nyc my whole life. all i ever saw was projects. i look out my window projects!. down the block projects. its crazy as each project got there own crews/gangs etc but theres enough grocery stores to seperate us.

when i was growing up i told myself "If i became rich i would destroy projects"..
