This is from his video called gaff card magic, avalble and dananddave dot com. Anyway, I think, think, (think) this is done with a double backed card and some false counts, maybe a duplicate aswell, very clever trick.

@enlighten3d1: it have nothing to do with double backed jerrys. The double backed card can be a normal gaff card. ;) Jerrys have the same Picture as a normal bicycle card, i think. ^^

They're Jerry's Nuggets. They're extremely rare and extremely expensive (over $150 a deck). Here's some more info (replace (dot) with "." and get rid of spaces):
