OK webster....you are dead wrong on the mammogram issue, all science points to the FACT that mammograms are harmfull and that the early detection aspect is a limited and questionable benefit.....you make your statement with such authority it only makes me question the rest of what you state!!!

I'm not sure about this mammogram thing. It does sound like rationing, but what about the fact that the radiation from mammograms is very harmful? If you're going to keep radiation in your body, you're going to get cancer.
