What city is this & how is it that they always spawn right near the hospital?

@computermaster666 Its Angel Pine. Its the town at the most south western part of the map and Tenpenny drops you off there after you do the first 20 or so missions in the first area. Since its small, all the patients appear near the hospital and its a nice fast way of expanding your health and getting money.

last level (lvl 12) i pickup last patients and when i was returning to hospital my ambulance turn on the roof and failed + that happened near hospital

i did the paramedics mission on los santos and i think the paramedics mission in this area is more easier than the one in los santos..

hey wowimpregnant does it need to complete all the lvl in the paramedic missions to make ur HP longer? cuz mine i keep running my max health is almost at the maxed i didnt do paramedic missions i did but only 2 lvls
