Another drill that works is long tee. Set up a tee in an open field, put a garbage can, net or anything about 80 feet away slightly right of center - she then must hit the target. This seems like good advice. I wouldn't know cuz my forearms are massive but ya. I like how he names them...hammer, windshield wiper, super hammer...rofl this dood is nuts.
