Me: "Hey guys my name is Steph, i'll be taking care of you today can i start you with something to drink?" (i ALWAYS tell customers about specials and soups AFTER i bring drinks, giving myself some time to take care of another table because they're NEVER ready to order when they say they are)
Rude customer: (usually cuts me off before i finish, how does he know i'm not going to tell him?!) WHAT IS THE SOUP TODAY?!
