First Guy, Reps were not Full, not even lower than paralell, not full at the top, not even near a full rep. His first 20 reps were done in 26 seconds, TUL Time Under Load.
Second Guy, Reps, did not see if he was Full, couldnt see if he was lower than paralell, He did come much higher. His first 20 reps were done in 47 seconds TUL Time Under Load.
Both Men Still did their reps with momentum. The first guy was in a sprint race. I would rather see 4 second FULL Reps.
