I agree that he is a hero. That's modified ss uniform 3:51. I did not expect him to wear that. Volhynian self defence was probably equipped with these uniforms. He was no executioner and unlike Bendera he was friends with Belorussians and other Slavic nations that fought Bolshevism.
@popov246 It is absolute not ss uniforma. It German Wehrmacht uniforma with the Ukrainian tabs and grades. In fact he was in Ukrainian National Army one of commanders in 1945.
