1. The Prophet SAW never celebrated his own birthday, neither did the sahabas after him going away. It wasnt until year 1330 during Ibn Khatirs time people started to celebrate SAWs birthday. Why ? Because christians celebrated christmas. And as you should know, it is forbidden to copy the kuffar.

If celebrating the birth of the Prophet SAW was a part of our deen, why didnt he celebrate it ? Or the Sahabas ? Khalifas ? Why did they start with it after almost 600 years ? Because they imitated the jews and christians.

Birthday celebrations in general, and celebrating prophets are ruled as HARAM in Islam. The prophet SAW never celebrated his birthday, nor did the Sahabas or Tabiyeen or Tabi-tabiyeen. We are given to Eids to celebrate. That should be enough for a muslim.

Also, believing that the Prophet SAW is Hazir and Nazir is Kufr and shirk. Nobody other than Allah is hazir and Nazir. See : Quran 6:59, 3:144, 39:30, 21:34.
Every celebrity who is asked about their faith and their adherence to it always ALWAYS rhetorically bring forth an excuse to make them seem like they in fact do pay attention to their religion because if they do not, they will look bad. With All due respect to Mr. Khan, I highly doubt he puts the five daily prayers as a central tenet of his life despite the fact that it is a pillar of Islam. @fawadkhan111 Yeah that would be the case if they refuse, but it is our duty to inform them about islam even if they are like that, we cant just let them be without warning or else they would try to blame us on the day of judgment for having the knowledge and not informing it. Once you have informed and then they do not believe its all on them. We are saved, and among them who are sincere are saved.

Whatever you said is because of what you have read in the Quran. But there is no evidence that it is actually God's word. Same with Hindu, Christian or any other religion. The Qur'an has all the answers you just have to study it. I think people have the right to believe what they want. I personally don't believe in God because there is no proof that God exists. A holy book (Quran, Bible, Gita, etc.) is a set of teachings. But it is not proof. Anyone could have written it.

I was just alluding to the lack of evidence of their claims. For example, we know for sure that parts of the Bible are wrong. Bible says that Earth is only 6000 years old, all men and women came from Adam and Eve, Sun goes around Earth, etc. Hinduism says that the universe sits on the back of a giant turtle! Stupid, no?

@sadhaklal Heres Islams view. The Bible, The old Testament, and the Psalms have all been changed over time. The Qur'an is the only book which has been protected by Allah (God) from any change. The earth is only 600yrs old - In islam it is FALSE, All men and women came from Adam and Eve - In islam it is TRUE. Universe sits on the back of a giant Turtle - In Islam that is FALSE. What im saying is: All holy books except the Qu'ran hasnt been changed over time. Which is y it has Gods direct word.

If you are really that smart you will do a study, get evidence and prove it. Even interpretation of quran have changed with times. Change is inevitable. You can't be stagnant in life. Based on time, place and circumstances definitions have changed. I am happy you respect other religion but I hope you do more research before making claims.

1. The Prophet SAW never celebrated his own birthday, neither did the sahabas after him going away. It wasnt until year 1330 during Ibn Khatirs time people started to celebrate SAWs birthday. Why ? Because christians celebrated christmas. And as you should know, it is forbidden to copy the kuffar.

@abbas7944 The definition of rejoice is "to be glad", not to celebrate. You want to show respect to the Prophet SAW, spread Islam. The best thing he liked was DAWA. If celebrating the birth of the Prophet SAW was a part of our deen, why didnt he celebrate it ? Or the Sahabas ? Khalifas ? Why did they start with it after almost 600 years ? Because they imitated the jews and christians.

The Prophet SAW said, warning us against following their ways and traditions: “You would follow the ways of those who came before you step by step, to such an extent that if they were to enter a lizard’s hole, you would enter it too.” They said, “O Messenger of Allaah, (do you mean) the Jews and Christians?” He said, “Who else?” Sahih Bukhari

Birthday celebrations in general, and celebrating prophets are ruled as HARAM in Islam. The prophet SAW never celebrated his birthday, nor did the Sahabas or Tabiyeen or Tabi-tabiyeen. We are given to Eids to celebrate. That should be enough for a muslim.

We are given two eid days to celebrate, thats enough for muslims. Milad un Nabi is a innovation, if it was allowed the sahabas wouldve done it.
Also, believing that the Prophet SAW is Hazir and Nazir is Kufr and shirk. Nobody other than Allah is hazir and Nazir. See : Quran 6:59, 3:144, 39:30, 21:34.
