bullshit. Brazil´s GDP Per Capita (a true measure of a country´s richness) is 11.500 dollars. Thats 3,6 times smaller than England´s GDP Per Capita(38 thousand dollars)

Lets say Brazil can grow at an awesome constant rate of 7% a year (thats way more than Brazil´s average growth) and that England grows 0% forever... it will still take 20 fucking years for Brazil to reach England´s GDP.
