I find that there is a lot of videos out there, and if i dont like what i see i block it or just don't watch it again. this is the best way to deal with content that you dont like.

I have a band and it is a "tool" to aid weight loss but you need willpower to make it work. It stops me from eating large amounts of "bulky" food but chocolate, crisps and high-fat soft foods like custard can be eaten relatively easily.
Fern did not lie, she said she was eating less and exercising - which she was - she just didn't tell anyone she had a band because it was private. Luckily the campaign by the tabloids didn't work and she's more loved than ever.

Just because she is in our livingrooms 5 days a week and in the public eye, does not mean we own her, and every detail of her life. If she wanted a gastric band fitted then it's her choice - and her body.
Even with a gastric band she would still have to have eaten healthily and excercised (which she has never denied) to achieve the results she has - because I think she looks absolutely fabulous.
I don't blame her - if I had the money I would consider it too. Not sure about the Ryvita thing though... I agree 100% mate. Of course she has eaten less. Thats excatly the result of having a Gastric Band fitted. It lessens the stomach and therefore lessens hunger. You are also excatly right in your first comment. Fern always preached how happy she was as a bigger woman and although any weight loss is her business, to clearly lie about it is uncalled for and she has let herself doen. A show like This Morning that so often has features on Diet and Excerise and she took the short cut!
