Overclocking E2160 @ 3.3 Ghz

Ok..so if i raise cpu clock from 200x4 to 223x4(from 1.8 to 2.0 ghz dual core), does that mean the ram frequency will automatically raise ????Do i have to lower the ram freq. from 667 to 533 or just set it to AUTO ???????????Cause after 225x4 cpu clock the system cant boot and windows cant load. It tells system32 is missing. Any ideas ????

hmmm... do you own a e2160 and do you know how much voltage i had to pump into it to get it to 3.3GHz 1.525V thats a lot even for a 65nm?
