The system of White Supremacy has affected black people world wide by infesting the land, the mind and the spirit. By using techniques straight from hell. Black people need to learn respect and regard for one another, a phenom being attacked on so many levels. But things are changing, world wide, as you mention. Instead of impacting I meant becoming a distinct identity of people able to hold their own and have a sound that is not derided by americans. You now have an american Grime scene, although small, and that is something that we could never have hoped to achieve in the 80s and 90s...you have to understand that in the UK, black people until the 00s looked to black Americans as older siblings and almost as authorities, and we're slowly coming out of that is alot of places, and swiftly in others.
