hmm, so minimally he is running with the green tops, connecting rods (with that much power he would have easily bent the stock rods), probably pistons, either a Holset or maybe a GT3071R(hell, it might even be a GT35R), a custom intercooler setup, obvious bov, and a turbo-back exhaust. plus whatever drivetrain mods needed

Nope, it's all stock. All you do is remove the boost pressure control valve.

I did that on my DSM and it only gave me 1 more PSI from the 14B turbo.

Just route the vacuum line from the boost control valve to the intake manifold then adjust the wastegate arm on the turbo according to the boost pressures you would like to run.
