Well, physics says it's impossible for any object to move faster than the speed of light, but once again Jordan Rudess has smashed the laws of physics by playing keyboard.
let me be really honest here. your jams in your videos are tons better than your experimental soloes in a rite of passage. most people in mike portnoy's forums are saying the solo was much too out of place and although they like the song overall, your solo, although it was pretty cool, was the weakest link of the song. i hope people's opinion changes when they hear the whole album
Hey, didn't I see you at the Britney Spears concert last night? Safe and sound and canned, now THAT'S music.
Let me be honest here, Jordan's experimental work is one of the elements that keeps DT fresh. The forums I'm on are all blown away by this solo and his bebot experimentation.
Is it necessary to be a little TOO experimental though? I mean, at the cost of the music, would you rather have experimental noises? also, you went to a britney spears concert?! ew.
He was the one making fun of her you were the one enjoying it. In music you gotta take risks personally, I love the solo's in Rite of Passage but that is just my opinion.
Nice, Jordan! Very interesting the iPhone app, I only have some issues on touching the "keys" on those things, they're very tiny. Incredible how you, used to big keys - both with synthesizers/workstations and pianos - can do it so easily.
Can someone teach me what he has just played? xD

I wish there was a way to connect the nanokey to the iPod touch. I have a few keyboard apps that would be sweet to control through the nano
