  • Very poor coaching demontration and while Drew is a world class athlete I would argue the trainer was having him perform "less functional" movements. Yes, they were "hard", but his technique on several were "poor". The trainer is good at yelling, but not coaching (he should be first and foremost a coach of proper technique). There should be some standards of competency when asking athletes to perform movements otherwise, you risk injury.

  • @designatedrapist You clearly have never tried it. I have done squats and benches, and other weird workouts and the TRX is BY FAR the most challenging piece of equipment I have ever used.

  • Drew Brees trains in the quest 10 gym here in San Diego.. THEY COST A LOT but dang man they have the gym setup for the person that wants results and needs it.. great workout also!

    as for the comment about the Trainer SHOUTING I used to be a trainer and I never used to SHOUT I feel its counter productive takes the person attention off the task and puts it on the Trainer.. WRONG! Focus on Form is best.. .. but these Straps are killer!

  • Looks like a solid workout, I don't know of any other tool that would allow you to do that combination of exercises. The previous commenters are douchy-TD is the man and Drew's ass does not look like a woman's, he would crush you people.

  • I agree. One of the problems I've noticed with the TRX video's is that the people they use to sell the product are horrible. This product would be well known if they didn't use people like this trainer & some boxer I just watched on another TRX Youtube Video. They may possibly have on of the greatest exercise product to come down the pike. But their marketing & sales department at TRX must be crap.

  • It about killed me, but I did it! :P I just couldn't suspend both legs because I don't have the upper body strength yet. My body sways to one side or the other. So I had to do them with one leg down, but other than that, did it beautifully. :)
