know it was by avoiding spreadshots and shooting like a mad man on the thing while its still on the volcano (it also one of the two bosses that is nearly immune to smart bomb

Another old game with Awesome sound track, games now a days make no effort in making great sound track. Mechwarrior 2 is another great game with awesome awesome sound track

Ah, yes, the phoenix boss... God, that one was annoying the first hundred times I tried to defeat it (without success)

second best music in the whole game comes from this level (the best music is from the first level of the final "world" - the 13th level)

I actually tried to survive one loop of every boss in the game. the only boss I couldn't do was the first half of the final boss.

My favourite music is the firs one of this level. The bass is incredible. I hope someday make a game like this. This is a incredible game. You play well Novastorm.

dang it, looking all over the net to see if someone ripped the music for this game, but there is some gay band that called themselves novastorm clogging up my google search... why think up a name for your band when you can steal one from a videogame...those retards.

When you run the game under windows xp, the video and sound are chopped up. I think this is because DOS games want no multi-tasking but XP insists on multi-tasking. So the game is not really playable under xp. These clips were done on my old DOS computer.

The game will run (almost perfectly, no less) in DOSBOX. there might be some lagging here or there, though, I haven't tried in a while, but when I last tried it under DOSBOX, it was definitely playable.

I thought you could turn off game sounds like the computer voice and the lazer fire. and then using "Sterwo mixer" from the recording settings in your audio icon on windows task bar, record directly to your PC using your fav software to do so. Thats how i'd rip the music.

I have this game, I have beat it with the code and without the code...

I have been looking for the music that goes to this level. from the Guitar intro to the MAN-Pheonix boss....This is the one track that really stands out...The final level just sounds like the first level with a little more HMPH in it.
