They didn't throw knives on the show either, they used CGI. If a show with the ability to hire professional stunt people didn't feel comfortable throwing knives, and instead used CGI, do you really expect this stage show to use knives? Think about it logically. If they threw knives, someone would get hurt.

Obviously, an amateur stage production doesn't have the resources of a TV show, so they had to come up with a way to do the scene without anyone getting hurt. Throwing knives certainly was never an option.
Hey-I actually quite liked this one! The guy playing Gile did a good job, and both of them did pretty well with the fight scenes. Out of all the songs from this production, this is my fave. The blocking was great, and "Giles" seemed really in character. I have to agree though-he did look like a crab when he was holding the sword haha! :)

Since when has Giles got younger. I mean you could have got an older (much older) person to play him. Anthony Head is way better in his version. The boy does have a great voice though. He should have probably played Xander.
Don't listen to everyone on here. It seems like it was a good show and as long as you all enjoyed it that's all that matters. I thought it looked great.

ooh, Giles is good! On another video I commented that all of the guys were terrible, but that was before I had seen this. Sorry fake Giles actor guy! Good singing and sword-twirling by Buffy, too. The sound effects were a bit off, though.

I didn't enjoy the voice acting to be fair, but the singing was rather good. It lacked a bit in power, but that might be me comparing him to Tony Head who is superb (I love his singing style). I was quite pleasently surprised by this video in any case :o)

It was going to be impossible to produce the same quality as with the original production. If you were expecting that I think you have the wrong attitude to enjoy something like this.
I love this song and he sings it really well. Great performance that really fits in with the song, love the use of travelling across the stage and the way you've kept it very similar to the original.
