first of all, the "stupid american" comment was totally uncalled for. Not all americans are stupid. I am an american and I know that this is totally NOT lip-syncing. All you have to do watch the throat of any singer of celine's calibre as they sing. If you see the muscles around the vocal cord area flexing and moving while they sing, it's real. If not, it's fake. They flex and move because they are helping to support the cords and help shape the pitch, tone, power, and vibrato.

in my opinion, its really hard to tell. yes, it does sound just like the studio version off taking chances, but she is just so amazing and never syncs so I would believe it either way. in the end though, i dont think it matters. like its already been said, she has been singing for A WHILE, and her voice has gotta just be tired! she is just fantastic.

people always says she lipsyncs its true yes but what we as fans have to acknowledge is that she is lipping to her own voice. so one way or another its actually her singing. its not like it fake. When she was younger she had more power but to be 41 and the mother of now 2 and to have been singing professionally since age 12 takes it out of the voice. she is doing what she must to save the voice she has left.
