I hope BT goes bust. They're the worst company I've ever dealt with.

Our connection speed was as slow as a modem from the 90s and they charged £50/month. Then when we changed contracts they stung us with a £50 leaving bill.

Any one who is with BT, leave them and go with Virgin Broadband. They're 10 times better, much cheaper and they don't have Indian call centres

i do outbound sales... Never quite had anything like this but people who get angry are funny. People think they're clever but when someone screams "fuck off" and hangs up without requesting to be taken off the marketing list, they'll be counted as someone who answered the call and stayed on the list meaning the calls they'll receive will double.

I worked for BT, I had the exact same job as this guy. I can tell you that BT are the worst! They dont care if you want it or not, they tell us to make the customer buy the product and we get beer if we make over 5 sales a shift! I got a bottle of baileys!!! :D..although, I hated every minute of it and I DID get calls like this fellow did, only on my computer screen it said something like 'Col' instead of Mr or Mrs.. I think he was a Colnol[kernel], he gave me the whole 'do you know who I am'?
