We are just people who will all return to our creator someday and be held accountable for things we have said and done unless we ask for forgiveness. So on that note I am asking forgiveness. For all of us and I hope we all meet in Heaven someday. God bless you and keep you all my brothers and sisters in Iraq, Iran, Kuwai, Turkey, Japan, China, Korea, Austrailia, etc etc etc; and most of all God bless you Abdul Jamar Marafi and you to Mohhamed until we meet again. Love Olivia
I am an American and I want you all to know it pains us when there is war anywhere as at the end of the day we are all just people living in the same world. But some of the remarks on this medium are living proof that without God we are nothing as we can never make peace by ourselves. But I know that we as people all over the world are not our governments.
I spent 6 months working in Kuwait this year and I can't wait to go back. Someday. I hope. The thing i regret most is not being able to meet Mr. Marafi, but i did meet his son and they are probably the greatest most respected family in Kuwait. Everywhere you go in Kuwait if you mention the Marafi name it is almost as if you were mentioning God. They are so deeply respected and do so much for people all over the world all in silence and with great anonimity and humility.
I am so sorry to see and hear all of you use profanity anywhere near Mr. Marafi or even just his name. I admit I too lose my temper sometime and even use profanity myself but it shames me greatly and so I try each day to never never do it again as words can be so so painfull to us and to others.
Kuwait isn't free. When Saddam invaded, Kuwaitis had to choose between an Iraqi invasion or an American invasion. They chose an American one so at least they can keep the name of their county. I'm from Kuwait and the U.S. has set up permanent U.S. army bases in the deserts of Kuwait after "liberating" it from Iraq, which they now use to invade Iraq. It seems as if this whole invasion has been planned since 1990. And why do they call the Iraqis "savages" in this documentary? Saddam is the savage.
the transmission mode is call amtor use by hams only as far as i know. he could have use any other mode but why amtor? brave guy! you should be a hereo in your country! good job! and score a point for hams.

I am not from Kuwait, I am American. American ham radio operators helped this brave Kuwait man to save many of his people from Saddam.
The Kuwait people were so brave and the Americans are happy you are now free from Saddam.

blerim1963: Translated by Google, your comment says:
"God have mercy on Saddam احشره with God and the prophets, saints and martyrs Secretary Oh Lord of the Worlds."
Is that correct?
العالمين. هل هذا صحيح؟

Abduljabbar is a brave man but he was not the "last voice" of Kuwait.. there were more active radio operators in Kuwait besides him..
