Thanks for sharing. The Cioppino looks really good. The only thing I don't understand is why you added the shrimp and scallops before the clams and mussels, since the they (shirmp and scallops) cook the fastest - by the time the bivalves open up, the shrimp is overcooked...
Sorry I didn't reply sooner, but I've been working and vacationing for the past few months.
I added the shrimp and scallops first because they were still a little frozen when we began taping,(I should have mentioned it during the taping). I hope that will clarify why the those ingredients were added first.
