I dont know if you'll answer me but I'll try.. I've been trying to link my webcam to my vb program but I dont know how.. I tried to use "shell" but its useless for me since shell will only open the program not link to it... Now I'll try open it using that media player, but I dont know if it will work... I have no idea what to do, its not only my webcam, I link my programs to anything, it would help me a lot.. A since you know how, could you give me some advise?

vb script is not a good programming language because it cant be ported outside windows.

it isn't that clean either

you can do that in flash too. take a shot of webcam in BitmapData 10 times per second and then make a script that will scan the image for brightest point and it will return position of the point, you can controle your mouse like that too!
