@newark51000 you downgrade the game from version 2 to version 1 (version 2 doesn't let you mod) and use can use SAMI (san andreas mod installer) that only allows you to install vehicles. if you want to install buildings you have to use img 2.0 or something similar to do so

hey when i install my mods they work but all the colours on them are changed like i downloaded a golden 1998 toyota supra with black inside and when i put it into the game with imgtool.exe the rims and inside all came up white and so did the licence plates bottom of car engine etc can you help me please? i am trying to make it like yours without all the white. the white isnt suppose to be on the mod. thanks.

actually u CAN mod ps2 games such as GTA, but its way different and more complicated. it involves a fat ps2 with a modded hard drive (very hard to find ps2 hard drives these days) a networkcard, a regular ps1 game, and an action replay. Id much rather mod pc version because ps2 mods r too time consuming.

Is there a good texture mod for San Andreas? (For Buildings, and Environment).

And do mods often slow your PC down? I have many mods in Fallout 3, and Oblivion without problems, but i remember when i added custom cars to San Andreas, it got really slow.
