frist trick: string to his thumb. there is a cut before the fork is moving by itself so they can all be stooges, or he put the string while misguiding them (you cant see that step because of the camera angle)

second one:he bent the fork a lot before the trick so he just needed to bend it a little more so it will fall apart.

third trick: a hinge. you cant see his thumb because of the camera.
