Man I am wondering what it will be like to say that my president is a black man. never thought I would say and never imagined it now. I do not have to wonder any more. This has been an amazing two or 3 weeks since this event took place. But man this is going to be a huge next few weeks. look at the financial crisis and the terrorist actions in India quite a few challenges down the road.

Why are "you" looking to this man to change everything? We need to look up to Jesus. He's the only one who has all power to do exceedingly and abundantly above all we can ask or think. The bible says this is what the Lord has said: Cursed is the man who puts his faith in man (obama), and makes flesh his arm, and whose heart is turned away from the Lord. Cursed are they that put there trust in man. We are putting our trust and hope in this man instead of Christ Jesus. People we need to wake up

okay i get the whole idealist christian idea but honestly how can you just sit, have "faith", and pray for things to happen instead of having the CONFIDENCE to support some one who can make a difference. See you in 2013, you nutjob.

Thanks for posting this! These positive messages are great. I'm White, but let me say this: I join all Black folks and indeed everyone who celebrates Obama's victory. It's about time. President Obama will be a breath of fresh, honest air after these last 8 years of lies. And he will represent the USA proudly as he meets with other heads of state -- he is a wonderful communicator who cares and knows how to listen to others. God bless President Obama.
