How come the only man in this anime who has a normal nose is Black Jack? The others are either too big or too round.

It's the style of Osamu Tezuka whose works dates back quite a ways. Black Jack was originally penned in the 70's. He was more influenced by western cartoons than most modern authors, so it shows in his signature art design. It's just a generational thing.

Honestly, I like the variety. Most modern anime/manga have a very generic look to it that makes characters virtually the same from person to person. Just a personal note, though.

The "young-girl" is an 18 year old Teratogenous Cystoma, think siamese twins if one of the twins grew inside the other. he cut her out and gave her a synthetic body so yes she is a plastic girl in a plastic world

1.) The Iriomote Cat. It's rare and almost dead already.

2.) The Baby. It's young and fragile, but not too heavily injured, it will survive longer than the cat.

3.) The old douche. He's lucky to get any treatment in my opinion. He doesn't really deserve it.

@OtakuNeni Yeah, he's a douche, but if we simply let every douchebag die, the world would be empty. Be refusing treatment to a dying man, one would become something worse than a douche, and by that logic one would be ineligible for medical attention.
