oh yeah and, im pretty sure that 'understanding of the game' isnt the right expression, what i mean is, to know what the opponent does and analyse what my teammates will do and that stuff
i really really need some help, my coach says im pretty fast and can shoot ok, but my problem is the understandig of the game and the creativity. i see it on a couple of teammates, they go on a 1-1 situation and almost get through every time. i dont ! and thats my biiig problem.

Basically: D1 > D2 > W > C > W > D1 > D2 (then cycle repeats in opposite direction while transitioning from one end of the rink to the other and moving together as an entire team).
Smart drill. I am learning how to coach and become a better fan. By understanding the game better you can share your expert skills with fellow fans and someday become a head coach. The only thing that holds me back is my disability, I have poor eye sight but I NOT going to let that slow my desire to learn about the game.
Keep up the good work Jeremy. I really enjoy your videos. What software do you use to illustrate the drills. If I could figure it out, maybe I could share some of my drills on here too.

omg i pretty sure my team did this drill it was a faill i understood it but some guys didn't and the coach made us skate 3 laps =p
