  • what program are you using

  • oh yeah and, im pretty sure that 'understanding of the game' isnt the right expression, what i mean is, to know what the opponent does and analyse what my teammates will do and that stuff

  • i really really need some help, my coach says im pretty fast and can shoot ok, but my problem is the understandig of the game and the creativity. i see it on a couple of teammates, they go on a 1-1 situation and almost get through every time. i dont ! and thats my biiig problem.

sorry for my english, not sure if everything is alright but im german and its 1 am in the morning here .... so ^^ please please please help me, how do i improve the creativity and understandig of the game.

  • @lokkingazzniggah you gotta study the game. there's lots of good material online. check out the coaches' training course on my site, then go from there.

  • Greyhoud drill, it's one of the best.

  • Hey Jeremy, do you happen to have any videos demonstrating a 2-3-2 passing drill.

Basically: D1 > D2 > W > C > W > D1 > D2 (then cycle repeats in opposite direction while transitioning from one end of the rink to the other and moving together as an entire team).

Not sure if that makes sense... lol

  • @TheWitchOvAgnesi sorry... i'm not sure what you mean?

  • really cool videos and nice drills!

  • Hockey is my life. Great video. Chiara

  • omg i pretty sure my team did this drill it was a faill i understood it but some guys didn't and the coach made us skate 3 laps =p

  • Love your stuff.I use quite a few of your drills with my girls varsity team.

  • @siouxrube thanks!! glad it's been useful for you!

  • Smart drill. I am learning how to coach and become a better fan. By understanding the game better you can share your expert skills with fellow fans and someday become a head coach. The only thing that holds me back is my disability, I have poor eye sight but I NOT going to let that slow my desire to learn about the game.

  • you could call it the "vint7107 is totally sweet drill"... just throwing it out there...

  • hahaha - i'll consider it ;)

  • tres bonne explication du video , je suis un entraineur qui aime apprendre et je vais le mettre en pratique avec mes joueurs

  • Great video, great drill, great links. Thank you so much

  • thanks for the vid, i know my coach isnt the best at drills.

  • call it the zig zag drill

  • What software do you use to create your drills on?

  • all the software info is on my blog - you can get a free trial there as well. the url is in the description of this video. see you over there!

  • fantastic! very well done. i coach a high school varsity team and can't wait to try some of these drills out. thanks so much.

  • thanks man!

  • Keep up the good work Jeremy. I really enjoy your videos. What software do you use to illustrate the drills. If I could figure it out, maybe I could share some of my drills on here too.

  • thanks for the feedback - always appreciated!

all the info on the software is available at my website. the url is in the description of this video. i tried a number of drill programs before settling in on this one... it is by far the best in my opinion.

let me know how it goes!
