This is an excellent 'lesson'. Very relaxing, following the instructions,even whilst sitting in front of the screen 'viewing' it. Thank you for posting it.
I find this helpful in getting me to really be aware of my breathing. I will recommend this vid to people I know who have trouble taking deep breaths to relax. Recommend to beginning Tai Chi students as well to help them with not only breathing but some TTai Chi terminology.
