Also he was positioning you into an optimum stance. You started to rotate at the torso and he was reinforcing your proper stance. Some people start tilting at the hip (male and female) and you have 3 options in that case...1) tell them to adjust their stance (many people get mad at you over and don't listen) 2) press your toe into their heel, which works well 3) push their hip into position. I play by the "tell-3-times-toe-into-heel" version to avoid the perv label personally.
