Thanks a lot for making this public. I am yet another disgruntled TataIndicom customer and I would love to see some kind of payback for all the frustrations that TataIndicom has caused me. Hope those shameless and disgusting people improve their service after watching this.

Actually BSNL Broadband is for Government employees. GOVT employees sleep in office timing and are awake at 2 in morning for download (LOL) Thanks for rates from foreign ISP.

so....people.think about what fools we all are made by all indian isps! they milk us like there is no tomorrow! and above all its funny with bsnl! they give u homenet 3300 something with 20gb data transfer and they give happy hours from 2 in the morning to 8am...they want all indians to go and use their computers at 2 in the morning to download!!!

the government of india company(bsnl)want all indians to have sleeping disorders and less productivity of indians in all offices with all the bsnl plans...if indian companies dont have the infrastructure...why bother to call it broadband...! let companies with the technology move in and assist the indian companies in building a good speedy network!

Even worst is BSNL and SIFY. In our city Nagpur. We just have SIFY, BSNL and TATA Indicom. When will this kind of ISP service end. We wish We have a Vodaphone in ISP scenario also. We wish we have AOL , MSN and Earthlink in India.

yes true......we should have foreign isps ...u would get shocked if we compare our indian isp tariffs with foreign isps! we pay 3-4 times more than a person in developed country ...and that for a small useless 256kbps unlimited connection...which doesnt even give u a standard 256kbps speed! we have tata unlimited at 3600rs per month and 1mbps speed...the highest we have to pay in foreign tariff is 2000rs for a unlimited 2mbps plan!

for 2340 rs they are giving 8mbps for unlimited data transfer

tiscali at 2mbps unlimited at 20£ thats is 1620 inr

toucan at 2mbps unlimited at 16£ that is 1296 inr

virgin broadband 8mbps unlimited at 25£ is 1620inr

well it seems that Tata Indicom sucks but I think SIFY is the *worst* ISP on this planet. Nobody can beat their downtime and crap customer service. IMHO, all Sify staff should be publicly executed. F@(ing %#%#%@%@%

Hi Ajoy, Thanks for posting. I am tired fighting this ISP throughout last year and i am put to loss greatly. I have more than that felt cheated, abused and humiliated by the system as my numerous emails, faxes to minitstry concerned evoked no response.

Awesome! I wish if I could forward this to Ratan Tata! All Indian ISPs are basically same. They don't have the infra to provide bandwidth or customer support but they never forget to bill customer on time.

I think we have to focus on most of the general public rather than just one or two.

The company would take an easy way saying that its the case with just a person and not with most of the people they provide service with
