PARAMUS, N.J. — Authorities say the badly burned body of a fledgling New York City rapper who performed under the name Kampane has been found in a sport utility vehicle parked on a New Jersey street.

But they say they don't believe Rhian H. Stoute was killed where his body was found early Tuesday in Paramus.
