Two things that amused me in this video:

1. When I saw that victory monument, I was laughing my head off (for some reason)

@ZombieCleo someone found a dungeon at level#05 and someone else found one at level#117 and i found one at level#100. so from those facts I say dungeons can must likelly be found between level#30-108 higher chance. less beyond the limits

@vechz once i did see a dungeon at bedrock layer (i also saw an abandoned mineshaft that dug INTO bedrock. but thats a different story) so it is possible, but i'm sure they're more common on higher levels
