  • whos the guy at 6:10?

  • Awesome! Max Respect!

  • takes talent bro!

  • can some one tell me an exercise to have perfect trapecium muscle, with the calisthenic thecnik please?

  • One of the best exercises for your traps is "Shoulder Shrugs", because those muscles are developed when you lift your shoulders. You can do shrugs on the dip bars or by using weights.

  • omg!! the video on 0:40 is beast jumping from tree to tree!!! lol

  • This was the video that got me going on muscle-ups Redd! Thanks dude - there's no lookin' back now!

  • respect u all bartenderz

  • BANDANA REDD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Yeah i was lookin 4 dis vid I remember this was the 1st vid i seen of this type of thing, like last yr may/june. Didnt gt real serious till this yr january. Thanks 4 the motivation redd

  • nice

  • Respect.

  • i respect all the work you guys put into this but here are some questions How many times a week do u work out?

How many sets? reps? for how long?do u mix pulls ups and push ups in the same set? or do it separately? how do u do cardio? how do you work your lower part? cardio after or before hitting the bars? and most important of all, any places in queens? I am pretty sure that with more people working out in the same park.. you get more motivated. Thanks for your help and once again respect.

  • is that the purpose of all those bars? i never knew what to do with those things at the play ground haha

  • That is some awesome work. Where is this park?

  • Thanks man, i appreicate that. This is Grand Central Parkway park, in Flushing Qns, N.Y.

  • how many times a week do I do this workout?

  • I dont even do this particlur routine anymore, but i'll suggest twice a week and then fill in the other days with more ab work.

  • @1230LINK123 in this society we are trained to go by the numbers, have a routine. but really just listen to your body, rest when you feel your body needs a day or two of rest to heal up. most exercises like pushups, you shouldnt even have a number you go up to, just go until you cant anymore

  • One Love .

  • Excellent video including the music. Good motivation for my own bar workouts. How long did it take you to get to that level where you are?

  • that's the hardest beat i've heard in a while at 2:42.

could you tell me were it's from.

  • Thats the "Dipset Anthem" from the Diplomats. That beat is sick and the only thing i like of theirs!

  • no wonder i didn't know where it came from

i don't listen to any mainstream shit, but that beat is nice

    thanks for lettin me know

  • Nah but that joint is about 3yrs old,but thanks for the love.

  • That's "Dead Wrong" with Biggie and Eminem

  • nice dad u luk way skinner than wat u luk lik now lol.....

  • hay man jus wanted to now wat hand raps or gloves u wear coz i wanna get into this evan thjo itll be harder for me coz im a hefty guy but im motivated

  • Lemme tell you something, it DONT matter what gloves you have on your hands, if you have the motivation, Hit the Barz! I know dudes that go in bare-handed and handle theirs,i used to till i realized that after awhile the build-up of callous impedes your next workout. So buy whatever makes you comfortable, from the $1 corner store joints to the $40 sports store rip-offs or you can use $3 rubber bar pads for cushion & grip. Just get out there and Hit the Barz!

  • Truly a physical testament...Great work

Do you have a program for beginners...amount of reps and days a week?

  • Nah, but what you looking at doing? I could make something for ya. Check out the first Hittin' the Barz, do what you see there. 8-12reps 2sets of each for starters.

  • Thank you...I'll check it out and what ever you can suggest... plese do

  • Nice work on the bars man..

I'm in Flushing/Bayside, I can't find any bars that are like that at my parks haha

I like the move at 4:25.. That target the chest?

How about the shoulders.. I can't seem to carve out my shoulders bro.. Respect to the workouts..

  • Thanks for the love. That park im in is Grand Central park on the GCP & LIE, you in Bayside, i think Crocheron park has bars. If not hit up any playground, the bars are lower but you can still get a good workout in(check Hittin the Barz, that was a playground). Just do it when theres no kids around. Those push-up(4:25) are GREAT for shaping your shoulders not your chest.

  • Man you are very strong!!!Very nice workout!!!!how many years you've trained to reach this level???

    PEACE!!!

  • Thanks partner! I've been Hittin' the Barz for 10yrs, but just ONE month on these advanced & explosive moves! Credit goes to my motivators, the Bartendaz, Bar-barians, Cali Kingz, and Harlem Seals tho, them brothers opened my eyes to a whole new world of calisthenics.

  • whoa!!10 years!!!!much respect bro!keep up the good work!!

    peace

  • Nice vid. Keep it up.

  • Appreciate that fam. You Hittin' the Barz? If so put that work in. Peace

  • Great, thanks. But ey, don't stop makin' videos man! I wanna follow your progress...

  • Mad props man, great work!! Imma subscribe!

What is the exercise at 01:57-02:16 called, is's so badass. And I see both Calisthenics Kingz and Bar-Tendaz do it all the time...

  • Thanks partner appreciate it! That move(01:57-02:16) is called "typewriter pull-ups", and yeah thats wicked, but BE CLEAR, im still tryin to perfect it, dudes from the Bartendaz and Hitman from Cali Kingz got that mastered! Give me a few tho
