  • peppermint is irritating

  • Most videos fail to answer this question....When making at home skin care, shampoos ect ect...How son should one use them by? since no preservatives or MSGs are used, whats the typical shelf life??

  • Thank you so much for your tips you have inspired me to make my own body butters it took a while for me to get it the way I want but I have suceeded. Keep up the great work and God Bless.

  • Thnk u!...Try this product called LEG GLO its amazzzing. They have a cool promotion on their website right now. Im addicted!

  • Try Dari Natural's Tropical Butter. It's made from unrefiend shea butter, pure lanolin, cocoa butter, and olive oil. It's all natural, you can almost eat this stuff. It's great to use it as a diaper rash ointment. Especially if you use cloth diapers for your little ones. there products are so gentle and perfect for sensitive skin. I also love to use their body wash for my little kids!

  • edible body butter.... for fat ugly people?

  • I wonder if she really ever uses these things?

  • I thought she was Anna Hathaway at first glance.

  • @eenaz08 yes! she does look like Anne Hathaway...so much that when i first watched her body scrub video, i was like "wtf! she is Anne Hathaway!!!!"

  • i need reply from the viewers and regular users because these guys wont reply. Is cornstarch the same as cornflour??

  • Comment removed

  • @aditi1998 no it's not the same thing.

  • @erinthecitymouse what is the difference?

  • @aditi1998 Corn starch is a thickening agent (and in body butters is also cuts the greasiness of the butter) and corn flour is a flour used more for baking/breads. If you are in the EU you may have a tough time finding corn starch from what i have read.

  • @erinthecitymouse oh...ok. I'm not from europe but I'm from india. (Asian country) so, yes it is hard to find corn starch. Anyway, can we use cornflour too? It is used to thicken sauces, and it reduces the greasiness too, right?

  • @aditi1998 It wouldn't hurt to try it out. if it feels nice on your skin i would say it's a good option.

    good luck!

  • do any of the essential properties evaporate when heated?

  • Hi can I use coco butter instead of shea butter? please reply fast.

  • @harshagal yes you can

  • Can i use corn syrup

  • This stuff helps me fap.

  • @DeathByStiel LOL XD

  • hi,

i'm in the UK is corn starch the same as corn flour? i can't find corn starch....

  • I love it

  • when you put it in the fridge its going to harden because of the saturated fat content of the shea butter, use a little bit of water, and glycerin to allow moisture into your butter and vit.e oil or a as your preservative not to mention theyre essential for healthy skin.

  • I checked the prices and the ones I find all added together cost double what I pay for ready made body butter...

  • @ilovethewayitHurts yes, but you're probably not looking at bulk prices on strictly online stores. Im a soap maker and i know where you can get these ingredients to make body butter for a fraction of the price of ready made. plus, there is the fact that when you make your own you know exactly what goes into it and you can tailor it to fit your needs and desires.

  • @ilovethewayitHurts most ready made body butters actually contain a high amount of water and emulsyfying waxes, which is very cheap - as well as glycols - also very cheap to produce, and toxic to the skin. This kind of butter here, can be customised to your individual skin needs, and IS very affordable to made when buying twholesale from suppliers of these ingredients.

  • Thanks for the video. I'm going to try this out tonght! I've made other body lotions and have found that blending with lemon essential oil is nice and refreshing in the morning.

  • You make this look so easy!! This is a great vid. Currently I am using an herbal organic shea butter from SheAyurvedics. I think I am gonna try this too!! Thanks

  • Thank you for sharing- I never heard of adding corn starch, but I'm so happy you did b/c I can't stand the greasiness!

  • that's awesome!

  • can i put it in the mircowave??to heat it up

  • @dog4080 yah.I made whipped shea before. You can even heat up homemade conditioner( like a store bought conditioner) in the microwave.Sites like lotioncrafter has recipes for conditioners if you can't make your own.

  • you can put it in the microwave but it's better not to because the microwave changes the oil and subtracts some of the oils rich vitamins and nutrients. also you use a double boiler so the oil wont experience direct heat
