Michoacan wasn't named by the white-man, Michoacan is Nahuatl for 'place of the fishermen." Keep the pureh pride! Remember that even in the Pureh empire, many ppl were Nahuatl-speaking and provided tribute, so not everything was 'fully this or that', indigenous land!
