I've done these exact videos before and the first time I did it it was amazing, i had such a positive experience and i actually cried because I remembered some really beautiful things but after I did it the first time I tried a second time later that night and I did remember things but they weren't good, they were dark and horrible. I just tried again and I cannot see or remember anything so i think it only really works the first time.

I have a very strong animosity towards German descended people, no clue where it comes from, until I consider the possibility that I MAY in fact be the reincarnation of Belisarius. I also have this obsession with Rome. The problem with "old souls," is that hatreds from past lives get carried over, new souls don't have that problem. Look up a picture of Belisarius, and look at the video on my profile; there is even an eerie ressemblance.
It was really hard for me to get relaxed. Little things like a stubborn muscle that wouldn't relax, or an itch would ruin almost the whole process.
At least I was sort of able to see something. As I opened the door, I saw a woman holding a baby. It was sort of a fuzzy image, and I didnt have much time to see anything else, as my heater came on just then and drowned out the video, and brought me back.
I'll have to try this again. If nothing else, i feel more relaxed than I have in a long time.
Gruliet: Keep trying. You are experiencing what people call monkey brain. It's ok to catch yourself thinking thoughts, just gently puch them aside... it takes practice but it will eventually get easier.

I don't know what is wrong with me. I CAN'T shut off my thoughts...it makes me really upset and frustrated because I really really want to be able to meditate etc. When he counts down from 10 I just feel stressed! New thoughts just pop up out of nowhere...one single word can be the root of a chain of 1000 thoughts for me. My mind never rests...except for when I'm asleep.
Can someone PLEASE help me or just give me some advice? Would mean so much to me! How do you do it yourselves? Thank You!
I can't meditate either because of the millions of thoughts I cant shut up. What helps me is Hatha yoga... it's basically moving meditation with focus on breath. I'm so busy doing poses that I stop thinking randomness and focus on breath. So I recommend Hatha Yoga. Cheers.
@Gruliet I'm with you Gruliet! I analyze things constantly by nature but occasionally I just wish I could turn the thoughts off temporarily...I didn't get anything on this either, but then I have a terrible concentration span too (probably due to the not being able to shut off thoughts)

Hi cannon you must listen to all three video's continuously. The best thing you can do is go to my playlist and click Play All on the regression video's. I was a women. The first thing i saw was a tiny house in the shape of a square, those awnings over the windows. Maybe 1940s or 1950s... My address was 875 and my name was Elizabeth. (this is in the order it was coming to me in). Then I got a picture of a man. Black hair and had a head of hairspray. I think I was a Home-maker and a mom but no kids in the pic. I was maybe 30? I had to stop because after that, I got (and still have) a SUPER bad headache. Wil try again soon.

I didn't see anything in a past life, simply me as a kid running around where i was born, only happy memories, smiling, loving, hugging, no sad memories. Literally brought me to tears..really wish i could go back to these days. Now all it is is stress. Thank you for these, gonna try it again today or tomorrow and give an update.

Wow....the year was August 11, 2215 BC, in Egypt. I was a Priestess of Bastet.(am doing research on her) had three children...one which was my current mom. Weird. Was married. Had an uneventful life, died old. Died happy and content with the life I lead, was very spiritual. I've always loved Egypt. I think I want to do this again. Will keep you guys up to date

I've done these exact videos before and the first time I did it it was amazing, i had such a positive experience and i actually cried because I remembered some really beautiful things but after I did it the first time I tried a second time later that night and I did remember things but they weren't good, they were dark and horrible. I just tried again and I cannot see or remember anything so i think it only really works the first time.

It's amazing. I was very relaxed... How ever I had to stop at the end of the 2nd video because I was in a deep relaxion but I wasn't seeing anything.. I didn't want to get frustrated,,, thinking I was the only one who can't see her past.. I will give it a try again, later..

I have a very strong animosity towards German descended people, no clue where it comes from, until I consider the possibility that I MAY in fact be the reincarnation of Belisarius. I also have this obsession with Rome. The problem with "old souls," is that hatreds from past lives get carried over, new souls don't have that problem. It was really hard for me to get relaxed. Little things like a stubborn muscle that wouldn't relax, or an itch would ruin almost the whole process.
At least I was sort of able to see something. As I opened the door, I saw a woman holding a baby. It was sort of a fuzzy image, and I didnt have much time to see anything else, as my heater came on just then and drowned out the video, and brought me back.
I'll have to try this again. If nothing else, i feel more relaxed than I have in a long time.

Gruliet: Keep trying. You are experiencing what people call monkey brain. It's ok to catch yourself thinking thoughts, just gently puch them aside... it takes practice but it will eventually get easier.
Keep trying this video. it took me over 10 trys to see anything.

I don't know what is wrong with me. I CAN'T shut off my thoughts...it makes me really upset and frustrated because I really really want to be able to meditate etc. When he counts down from 10 I just feel stressed! New thoughts just pop up out of nowhere...one single word can be the root of a chain of 1000 thoughts for me. My mind never rests...except for when I'm asleep.
Can someone PLEASE help me or just give me some advice? Would mean so much to me! How do you do it yourselves? Thank You!

I can't meditate either because of the millions of thoughts I cant shut up. What helps me is Hatha yoga... it's basically moving meditation with focus on breath. I'm so busy doing poses that I stop thinking randomness and focus on breath. So I recommend Hatha Yoga. Cheers.

@Gruliet I'm with you Gruliet! I analyze things constantly by nature but occasionally I just wish I could turn the thoughts off temporarily...I didn't get anything on this either, but then I have a terrible concentration span too (probably due to the not being able to shut off thoughts)

I saw a woman with red hair dancing in a large room, inviting me to dance with her. I was in my 40's. Then, I saw out the window a huge Roman statue being erected outside. It had IVSTINIANVS engraved on its base. I went to go take a closer look at the statue, but when I went outside, every one started cheering and throwing flowers at me. I ran to a field where I saw a pond. I washed my face there, and saw my reflection in the water. The statue had my image. Weird...

I saw my diary and it was hard to read as the script was old and in cursive. It said 1867. I couldn't understand what my name was, I heard different names. I think I had smallpox as my skin felt really strange and burning/stinging. I couldn't imagine the train very well. Don't think there was a train near where I lived if that was my past life. I was a housemaid. I think I looked the same.
But the whole thing is very suggestive, so who knows? It's interesting at least.

I first saw myself putting boots on in a tent, and then I saw the year 1942 on a calender, with the date of September 13 on it. I looked up the date, and it is the second day of a US Marine attack on the Japanese during WW2. Kinda weird.

stop trying so hard..notice when you're on the verge of sleeping you'll have visions and images. try to stay awake and between sleep and awake you'll have tiny movies play in your head. Some of them things you've done as a child or valuable lessons you've learned in life.

Hi cannon you must listen to all three video's continuously. The best thing you can do is go to my playlist and click Play All on the regression video's. Personally I prefere the regression "Who were you in a past life?" When you click on Play All you will get continuous play. Lay down and listen with headphones if available. Best wishes Linda
