so happy i found this video. have been struggling with hooping on one leg for a good six months (at least) UNTIL i saw this tutorial. i was so impressed with your fluidness that I HAD to learn this from you. Sometimes I get it, and sometimes I don't, however hooping on one leg has become so much easier for me as far as maintaining my balance, so thank you thank you thank you!

Nicely presented and very clear instruction. I spent part of last weekend trying to learn Angie Mack's plethora of wedgie tricks with little success but maybe this slower version might be possible.
