However, my Sims 3 is set to low graphics due to my crappy computer :( Well mainly my graphics card, so yeah it really doesn't look good. I'm hoping to get a new computer soon so fingers crossed for better quality videos :)

btw i think if u press something like Ctrl and alt or something like that type motherlode and u get $50.000 and u can do it over and over again its not a cheat just a thing added in the sims

it depends, if you go into edit town, you can build a home refurnished / unfurnished for free

I didnt really think it was modern. The only modern thing about it is the outside. Try to have less wood if you want to make it modern. But still a nice house. :)

if you want to be more creative with your house designs you could watch some tutorials on youtube or when your building you should not make a shell of a house you should make it room by room and it works really well
