when I press my power button on my laptop, it doesn't boot first time, it takes me several tries for the computer to boot sucessfully, i'm getting all my power lights, hardware and my screen works but usually takes me about 5-15 times for my computer to actually boot by rebooting my computer multiple times. If you can find it, you can delete them forcefully from Command Prompt in Safe Mode. Still, are you sure everything in there is a Virus?

There are much more efficient ways to delete viruses off of your PC, I can barely read things on the screen at the end but they look like normal system processes. Even when I did the same thing on my machine I got a lot of results and I am 100% virus free.

@CHR1Z1224 I would suggest you download reimage. Just google it. For the "works" you'll have to pay but for the trial version...I'd still have to say it works pretty well not only by letting you know if you have a virus but its location as well which can be of help if you google manually removing viruses. It also lets you know if you have programs that are more susceptible to causing system crashes. Thats my advice though.....but I'm no computer wiz....just a guy with internet. LOL!

The common files used by windows system was used as a virus base 20 years ago. This won't help you a bit if I get code into your root directories, or your user system. Don't run any .exe file or download anything from anywhere you don't trust. Run up to date firewall, anti-virus,anti-root kit, and anti-spy ware. Close all unused ports on your computer, no porn.

@mInTmW2sMoKeScReEnEd Maybe he´s fucked.. but you can do this: Hold down following keys: "WINDOWS KEY" + "R" buttuns and the run application with start, there you ll type in: cmd or cmd.exe, and the Command line from Windows will start immediately and you can work there without mouse...

if you have done this type in the cmd: msinfo32 (or: start msinfo) and the application will start, now you can type in the search field: virus or trojan, etc.

You´ll never need a mouse, but its faster with ;-)

Hi. Its basically the same. Just go to your operating drive (C:/) drive then go into then to Program Files, then Common Files, Microsoft Shared, MSinfo (My System Information) then the msinfo32. I think your gettinging mixed up. I have vista as well. Your c drive is called Vista. I Think thats what you missed. Msg back if any quentions :P
